HEALTHY PUMPKIN SPICE PANCAKE RECIPE
Half Banana
1 Tbsp Almond milk
2 Egg Whites
1 scoop Vegan Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice or more to taste ;)
Heaping Spoonful Pumpkin Puree
Mash the banana with the almond milk (can be semi lumpy) Add 2 egg whites along with protein powder and mix. Combine cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin puree and stir. Cook over medium-high heat in skillet for 3-4 minuets. Enjoy :)
