Treat A Spot/Pimple Naturally

Hi guys! Right, down to business.. Today's topic is less than savoury, but we've all experienced it: that huge zit that pops up out of nowhere, and usually at the WORST time!

Here's what I do to deal with it fast. Best option is always to leave it alone, but if you must do something...

Grab a cup of hot water (boil then allow to cool for a few mins)
1/4 tsp salt

Dissolve till you have a saline solution (this is also perfect for cleaning any piercings you have, while you're at it!)

Use a cotton bud or cotton round saturated in the solution to draw the gunk out of your pore, until you can see that there is nothing but clear liquid coming out (this is your skin trying to heal and scab over)

Clean face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser, I used honey! Splash with cold water to close pores and improve blood circulation in the skin. Moisturise with your fave natural oil or moisturiser.
