This is my New Years Eve full face makeup tutorial featuring a soft cut crease using my Urban Decay Naked Basics palette. There are so many glittery, shimmery eye looks, I wanted to do something completely out of the box and go with a matte look. I've never done an all matte look before, so I was excited to give it a shot.
