I did a dramatic winged liner with a cool toned neutral look, which I have been getting comments about in previous videos. Whenever I've done this look, I've used different shadows in the same color family.

My thoughts on the Maybelline The Nudes palette:
- Finally! I know that Physicians Formula and NYX have done palettes, but Maybelline is more accessible in availability and price.
- Don't expect amazing color pay off, the colors are subtle and require building up for more intense looks.
- This palette is ideal for beginners, on the back of the palette there are step by step illustrations, color combo recommendations and ever a link to the Maybelline website for tutorials!
- The palette is on the cooler side.

I'm happy to have found it in Canadian stores and happy to hear it is permanent. I think it' a well rounded product that has its faults, but it comes at a great price point for anyone who cannot afford Naked or other expensive neutral palettes.
