Dealing with acne can really stress you out.. Acne is something we all do not want but unfortunately some of us have to deal with it!
Make sure you are stress free, do not worry about having acne, it will go :)
Eat the right food, do not eat fried food all the time, so be careful of what you eat
Wear LESS makeup! Wearing makeup will only clog up your pores even more! so less is more :)
Finally skin care.. search before you buy! Here are the products i mentioned that really helped clear up my ache and lighten up my blemishes
Tumeric with water is a must, have this everyday
Rose hip oil
Cold Pressed Avocado oil mixed with Cold Pressed Hazelnut oil
Sulfur soap
Sulfur Ointment De La Cruz
I have used these over the past 4-5 months and the sulfur soap/ointment over 7months on and off, they have all really helped my skin to heal and get rid of the acne
