❤ Chicken sausages were cooked on a pan with extra virgin olive oil on medium heat. Chicken is a great with this meal as well as fish! :) I made sausages because my fiance' Justin loves sausages. Hehehe!

❤ I've owned my George Foreman grill for years and grill veggies, seafood and meats. It removes excess oil from your food! It's a healthy way to cook! :)
