In this healthy beauty talk episode I told you all about how I lost weight easily with simple portion control using the Lose it app! This is such an easy way to put yourself on the right track for easy and natural weight loss! With portion control you can lose weight over time without even working out or sweating. Of course physical fitness is important but that is for later episodes.

If you have trouble keeping track of your portions then make sure you give the Lose it app a try!
