NYX Wonder Pencil ($4.49) comes in 3 shades: Light, Medium, Deep.
It's available at most retailers that carry NYX. I purchased mine at ULTA. Interestingly enough, it was not available at my Target (which also carries NYX).

Nail polish: Cult Nails Spontaneous
Eye shadow: UD Sin (lid), NYX True Taupe (crease), UD Lost (outer corner)
Liner: Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid eyeliner (felt tip liner)
Lipstick: Ellis Faas Creamy Lip stick in Ellis Red (L101)
Blush is from Pixi Week of Makeup palette the one designated for Tuesday (shimmery coral)
