I wanted to do a cat or feline tutorial that was cute, but beyond just a regular cat eye. A lot of last minute cat makeup tutorials don't go beyond drawing whiskers, a heart nose and a standard winged liner.

Most of us have falsies, matte eye shadows and eyeliner pencils laying around - why not put them to go use for Halloween makeup? You don't need to go out and get fancy makeup.
