I recently purchased the Limited Edition holiday set of 40 eye liners in the permanent range of eyeliners from Urban Decay, this came out last year and I totally missed the sale by a longshot, I was excited to take advantage of this opportunity once again this year. It cost me $295 which come out to about $7.83 a pencil, they regularly retail for $19 each, which saved me a whole bunch of money! I am in love with every single one of these colors, and I hope that you guys like them as well. I tried some new techniques while editing this video so please let me know what you think!
