Does acne make you ugly? Does acne make me ugly? What are you thoughts?
Have acne, whether it is adult acne, cystic acne,sore red acne, pregnancy acne,scalp acne, back acne, body acne, black heads,white heads, we all want them to go and leave us! Do not allow acne to take over your life, acne is caused by the build up of oil, and if you have the wrong food, that can cause a reaction inside the body and show as acne on the face body.

Confidence comes from within, acne does not define you, acne cystic acne adult acne teenage acne, will go, it will leave. Till the acne gets cured, you need to look deep within you, and realise the real you is inside, the love is inside. You are beautiful no matter what!
