Another celebrity inspired manicure and this one is inspired by one of my favorite celebrity Katy Perry. Her new music video was released recently and I was inspired by the color block outfit and background in one of the scene. I hope you liked this tutorial. It is appropriate for summer since it has some bright colors involved.
