♡ You can use any oil you like for this - I've been using this one because it's what I have and it's new so I've been trying it out but I use to do the same thing with organic coconut oil as well. The issue I had with that is that it was a little more difficult to wash out and the smell would tend to linger in my hair. This one just washes out easily in the shower and doesn't leave a residue or scent. (You can use things like Argan oil as well - I just happen to be allergic to that. One of the reasons I like this one from Dove is that it uses Macadamia Nut Oil vs. Argan Oil which is a little harder to find especially at the drugstore! Seems like everything has Argan Oil in it these days : \
