I wanted to do a makeup look for Valentine's Day this year(more than one actually), but I wanted to start off with something that beginners can do. People are always forgetting about the ones that are just discovering how amazing makeup is so I wanted to create a makeup look that was bold, but still VERY easy to do for beginners.
