Hey guys!

So it's been about a month and a half since I started Accutane, and the difference in my skin is DRAMATIC. I'm still getting some bad side effects, but nothing too terrible. I seem to be managing things alright, but I am on a lose dose (20mg).

One of the things I talk a lot about in this video is my food acne triggers. Basically, food items or ingredients that kick off my acne. For me, I'm pretty sure it's oil and sugar. I struggle with cutting out oil and sugar from my diet (especially oil). Are you the same way? Is there something you struggle with cutting out? Let me know in the comments.
