Hi everyone! Hope you all are well :) Today I'm showing you how to effectively line the waterline and I'm also talking through tightlining. This video was requested by Melissa Kelleher so thanks Melissa :) Lining the eyes is something I dread doing. My eyes are quite sensitive, they water a lot so this step can be a nightmare at times. However, I like the effect though which is why I carry out the process!
