Hey Bailey Bunch! I'm taking the 10 minute makeup tutorial to new heights: Halloween. Last year, I did my husband's makeup in 10 minutes (at least I think I did) and I'm trying to prove it in this video. As it turns out, it's a pretty relevant tutorial given the It clown/Pennywise tutorials going around this year. If you need a quick look, I hope this helps! When I was a kid, I think I was a cat at least 3 years in a row because it was the fastest, easiest thing out there - just a little black eyeliner and a black body suit!
