Today’s 30 for 30 states that “...worry is a form of pride”
One way to express our humility is to place our burdens in God’s hands.
Giving our worries to God and putting our best foot forward.
I feel like when I spend large amounts of time worrying about something I can’t control that I am telling God he can’t do it, so I have to figure something out for myself

Matthew 6:27 (NIV)
27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)
7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

All of psalm 37 is worth reading but here is a little snippet
Psalm 37:5(NIV)
5 Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this:

Psalm 55:22 (NIV)
22 Cast your cares on the Lord
and he will sustain you;
he will never let
the righteous be shaken.

If you worried about some crazy folks at yo job? People trying to start some mess, some craziness and you are trying to live a Godly life?
