*Day 1-
B. Smoothie
L. Baked chicken, asparagus, broccoli and rice
D. Fish, spinach

Day 2-
B. Omelette-- veggie only

D. Shrimp and broccoli

Day 3-
B. Smoothie
L. Taco soup- or veggie soup
D. Salad with lots of veggies- no meat

*Day 4-
B. Smoothie Bowl
L. Chicken, broccoli and mushrooms
D. Salad with lots of veggies- no meat

Day 5-
B. 2 small egg and spinach
L. Chicken and spinach
*Made a shrimp salad and added some of my favs
D. Shrimp, Lettuce, spinach, Corn, Black beans and sautéed onion

Day 6- Eat leftovers- I always eat all of the food that's left from the week. This today should look very similar to the days before

Day 7- Eat whatever you like not going over 1600 calories

If you have a sweet tooth you can have 1 cup of plain vanilla ice cream 2x doing the week.
Or plain yogurt and add 1 fruit
Or 1 serving watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, or peaches 2x doing the week- pick only 1 each time unless you're making a small fruit bowl!
Can not have 1 of each, it's one or the other 2x in that week.

Himalayan salt- This salt is, in fact, quite rich in minerals, containing all 84 essential trace elements required by your body.

Red Alaea salt- It is estimated to contain the highest concentration of essential trace minerals of any salt and is especially iron rich

Your smoothie and/or smoothie bowl should consist of no more than two fruit, avocados are great substitutions for bananas, makes smoothies very creamy.

Marijuana as well as some non-prescription medications can prevent your body from releasing urine and waste. If you're going to start this seven day plan you need to stop consuming these things, at least one day before you start the seven day plan.
