Hey guys,

To some of you, this isn't exactly new content. You might've seen my other "how to have confidence when you have acne" videos in the past, but they're getting on a bit! So this is kind of an update. Plus, I am really struggling with my skin right now and don't want to push my skin too far.

I've been filming a lot of acne update vlogs these past few weeks, and it's been great to get your feedback on those. I've also been getting comments from people saying "How are you able to film yourself like that?" so I hope this video helps to clear all that up.

Basically, my self-confidence comes down to a few things:
- My age
- The fact that I've had acne so long, it's become normalised
- That I know my situation constantly changes, and is temporary
- I have made a choice not to dwell on it, and instead get on with life
- Making videos and talking to you guys lets me know I'm not alone

I still think I waffle on a bit in this video and it's not entirely clear, but hopefully it still somehow helps, even just a little bit.
