Here's another conservative shoe DIY for your next business meeting! :)

I'll show you how to make this $ 13.99 shoe into a $ 1300 stunner! I spent $ 21.00 on the items for this project. I took a foot chain and used all the pieces to adorn this already hot heel. You can do it with any shoe or any style foot chain. The crystal dangle added the perfect finishing touch!
