Using only MAKEUP to recreate an Agnes Cecile watercolor painting ^_^

hullo~ in today's video i used only makeup to recreate Agnes Cecile's Queen of Diamonds painting on my face. why? because she's one of my favorite artists and i like challenging myself. queen of diamonds is one of my favorite paintings and i've always wanted to create the same look using the medium i know best - which is makeup (i'm bloody horrible with real watercolors also lol).

･ m a k e u p ･
i've been experimenting with a lot of different techniques to create a specific watercolor effect for years. lately i've been playing with layering eyeshadows (which I first did in my Han makeup look) and then adding eyeshadows mixed with duraline over top. it works pretty well but it's still difficult to get right. i'm pretty happy this makeup turned out pretty okay.

my advice for this is to focus on building up color. thinner washes of color are easier to adjust and intensify, but if you add too much you really can't take it away. but if you do make a mistake don't panic, just work with it. there are no mistakes only happy accidents, as bob ross says :3

also before anyone asks I edited my eye color in premiere pro to match the painting; i currently can't wear colored contacts. really sucks because i think desio lenses would look good with this.
