this is green shironuri makeup 白塗り メイク i created on the spot, which i ended up not liking and wanted to scrap, but i decided to save the footage so i could still show you the process, and talk about some things which i feel like are important moving forward. i wanted this shironuri makeup look to have muted forest colors. i think i screwed up by not keeping the lips black and white, it just made the makeup seem too cluttered and disorganized. i think i could've added more contrast with the eyes as well. oh well, live and learn.

for the record, no, this channel isn't going to be shut down or anything. i'm just going to change how i approach it. in the past i've felt pressured to put out a video every week, when in reality it's unrealistic for people like me, who tend to put in a lot of hours into one single video (it can take me anywhere from 12 to 24 hrs), to produce this much content. so i'm going to focus on making my best content ever, without feeling the pressure to constantly put out stuff.

i will post content related to the videos i post on THIS channel on my ASMR channel. it will cover what i do behind the scenes, my other interests and passions, and be generally very chill. i have a great appreciation for ASMR and it's something i've wanted to do for a while, but was afraid to.

for example...right now i'm doing a series where i carefully repair an old face cast to prepare it for several masks i want to make. the masks will be featured in makeup looks on this channel. so that's how both channels will relate to each other.
