It's hydrating while removing dead skin and gently polishing the surface of our skin. You can leave it on for 3 to 10 minutes. Please test it on a small area just to make sure your skin likes it. I use this twice a week and it leaves my skin super soft and smooth and it helps improve the overall texture of my skin.
