English Flag inspired Makeup Tutorial -FIFA World Cup- (NoBlandMakeup)

So... the world cup is technically over, but I didn't get to finish my series, and I really want to. It's a pride thing. With that said, here's my English Flag inspired makeup.

For anyone who's wondering where the blue and the stripes are, here's the thing: the flag we normally see to represent England isn't actually the official flag of England. That's the Union Jack. I did not know that until I started doing research (googling) flags to do makeup on.

That being said, the English Flag is a red cross on a white background... That doesn't work too well for a makeup look, while still keeping the look of the flag. Yes my self imposed challenge has given me more trouble than I thought it would. Luckily for me, I'm pretty creative... or atleast I like to think I am lol. That's why I decided to do a red background with white dots to represent the white background and use negative space to create the cross. Pretty nifty of you ask me. I don't think I've ever actually used the word nifty in a post lol.
