Today i'm talking about : Forgive Forget & Let Go
My sisters friend told me so many years ago that if you're not happy with someone it is best to write it down on a piece of paper and either burn it or throw it away.. I did not think much of it until recently when I got told the same thing but this time to burn the letter.

Surprisingly, I instantly felt relief , i felt free and I had the courage to talk to them face to face. When you write your letter to them, write down everything you feel, all your emotions , how that person made you feel and yes you can swear too.. Then burn it!
