I’m begging you to please write your business plan FIRST.

Just because you know about vendors or whatever you may know or think that you know; running a business is so much more.
Writing your business plan will truly help you to know what the heck you are getting yourself into and if you are really in love with the business or doing it because it seems like everyone has a business.

A business plan will truly help you to create a roadmap to success.

I’m working with Lucy to see how we can assist anyone who needs help writing a business plan. I am reading some of the applications. I’m excited. But I’m also concerned that many people have not properly thought out their plans. You must sit down and write. Even if it’s 1 page. Write a plan. Everything or all ideas sound great in your head; but write it. Let others read it. And see if everyone is as excited as you.

However; you cannot get any feedback if it’s all in your head. You need to write. A real boss is a wise boss. A wise boss is a boss with well thought out plan. You heard me?

Introducing my first business class course.

If you missed today’s IG lives ( there are 2 sessions so over 2 hours worth) please watch them.

Starting June 1st, I will work with a cohort of 12 and assist them in writing their business plans. I’m super excited.

Each member will get 6 hours of 1-1 with me.

Also, an additional 4-6 hours of family time. Family time will be when all 13 of us will come together to work on the plans, do exchange ideas and also to study and to breakdown crowdfunding platforms.

The goal is to have each student ready with a plan that we can then place on a Kickstarter, for example. I want to help people raise the money they need to fund their dreams. I know it’s possible because people raise money everyday; however, those people have a well thought out plan.

The cost: $250 ( for all of that). So you are looking about 12 hours plus of time and if you work with your group, that’s even more time. That’s about $20/hr. That’s good. And the prices will go up. The first class is also an investment class for myself to hone my gift.

I need to charge for my time.
And I need to charge so that everyone involved will take it seriously enough.
