A little backstory for new viewers------
Zoey is a 3 year old lab pit mix with a broken back and pinched nerve leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. She gets around in a wheelchair and is still living her best life. Zoey wasn't born this way, I first adopted Zoey when she was 7 months old and she was perfectly normal and healthy. Unfortunately a few months after I adopted her our family home was broken into and she went missing along with her husky sister Coco Ellie. Zoey was found 2 months later dragging herself in a canyon, and Coco was never found. It's been over 2 years since the break in and these are a few of the things I've learned to do caring for a handicap dog like Zoey. There is a lack of resource on youtube for pet owners caring for special needs animals so I hope that this video may help someone out there.
