I love these what i eat in a day videos because it gives me so many ideas on what meals i could cook. Also, I am sharing what I eat and what I do to lose the baby weight fast and how much i eat while i am breastfeeding. I am currently using the application Lose it in order to keep track of my meals and calories and it works very well to motivate me! I am 9 weeks postpartum so I don't expect to lose the baby weight instantly but I have been seeing good results just by eating less calories daily and doing light exercises. Also, breastfeeding does help with the weight loss!!
