What I used:
Bread from a bread bowl (soft french bread style)
1/2 avocado
purple/red onion
extra virgin olive oil
cilantro
juice from 1/2 lime
pink himalyan salt
black pepper
oregeno
cumin
1 egg

Key too cooking, if it can be used...save it!
