Transitioning from Cosleeping to Toddler Bed- No Cry it Out

This was my experience transitioning our 18mth old from cosleeping with us to sleeping alone in his toddler bed. We are more of the attachment parenting style and prefer a more gentle approach. To each their own and what works for them, I’m not judge mental to other parenting styles. I share my experience to help other mommy’s who might need some help or hope. Each child is different and they all learn and grow at their own pace. Be patient. Trust your mom intuition, you will know when you and they are ready. I really think the positive psychological reinforcement helps the most. I forgot to say in the morning I’d also praise him for doing so good. Lots of patience and remember it’s a big transition.It’s a process, learning to be alone and get back to sleep during those sleep cycles. We also aside from the pillow have a few nights used his stuffed Mickey to help him, sometimes it helps other times he throws him 😂 😉 best of luck.
