Today's video I share a grocery store haul and I do show points for what I get my husband and kids (especially their snacks) Because I do munch on those here and there which I know isn't the greatest thing to do but tracking it is the BEST thing to do for me and hey being a mom you know the struggle of eating your kids food too haha.

I am sharing what I eat and not forcing anyone to eat what I show ;) Some days I will show you food that might not be the healthiest at the times, other days super healthy and clean.. but I wanted to share with you how simple ww can be and how it has been helping me :) This is not a sponsored video I just really like weight watchers because I can eat all my fav foods! Or freestyle it would be 23 points a day.
