I am sharing what I eat and not forcing anyone to eat what I show ;) Some days I will show you food that might not be the healthiest at the times, other days super healthy and clean.. but I wanted to share with you how simple ww can be and how it has been helping me :) This is not a sponsored video I just really like weight watchers because I can eat all my fav foods! You can find more info about weight watchers by going to their site to find out about smart points and such. I am able to have 30 smart points a day + weeklies. Or 23 points on the freestyle program
I am 5'1 and trying to lose 5-7 more lbs
