INGREDIENTS
🔳 7 Egg Yolks (yassss I know that's extra but....)
🔳 2 Cups Fresh Whipping Cream (get it on sale cuz it's expensive)
🔳 1 Vanilla Bean (we fancy huh)
🔳 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt (or any coarse stuff)
🔳 2 sets of 3/4 Cup of White Sugar
🔳 A lil somethin' somethin' to sprinkle on top (I chose brown surgar but either works)
