Welcome to my channel! Today I am meal prepping for weightloss success. Remember to lose weight you have to of course eat healthy, but have a calorie deficit. But, if your not getting in enough calories you may also stall your progress. So, hopefully this video will give you some new ideas!! p.s. the sweet potato fries are sooooo good!
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 small banana
1 tsp. honey
1 T. PB
1 sweet potato (recipe below this)
Palm size of Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Mixed Veggies
1 Apple (plain I know ;))
1 can tuna drained
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Veggies of choice
Sweet Potato Recipe
Rinse sweet potato and cut in strips and let sit in cold water for 45 minutes. This will make them EXTRA crispy by getting rid of the extra starch!
1 T. Coconut Oil (Coat the potato strips)
Seasoning of choice. I used pepper and garlic powder
Bake at 425 until crisp
