Super excited to get another Cinematic Swatches video up, this time featuring the new Urban Decay Special Effects Vice Lip Toppers! These are meant to go over your lipstick and add an entirely different aspect to your look. They are great over longwear lip color, especially mattes! Some of the shades are a bit more effort to deal with and can end up looking patchy, but the lighter shades were my favorites. I need to play around with mixing the shades together for some looks next!
