**NOTE: The OPI Silver Shatter nail lacquer just came out yesterday here in Hawaii, so I'm not sure if it has already been released in the mainland as well as other countries. I would definitely recommend getting it if you love silver nail polish (like I do). If you are trying to get a hold of it, I wish you all the best in finding one and please let me know how you like it if you get one. I considered doing a demo for this video, but I'm pretty sure you guys get the concept as to how it works.**
