Hey guys! I got this Emoji nail polish in an Urban Outfitters in November last year. I've never seen such a topper before and it was so much fun trying it out. It's a super fun piece to have in my nail polish collection, but I don't really recommend it, because the pieces tend to stick off of the nail quite a bit.
