Tacos for Diabetics?? Really? These Vegan baked spicy tacos can be diabetic friendly and low glycemic, depending on what you use. My blood sugar did not spike much at all after making this healthy diabetic recipe. If you would like to see more diabetic recipes, especially healthy diabetic recipes, please let me know. I do eat plant based so the recipes will be vegan diabetic recipes. I love tacos and I wanted a low calorie vegetarian recipe so I learned how to make vegan tacos. Do you love tacos? Taco Shells-flour or corn
Pinto Beans
Refried Beans Fat Free
Canned Diced tomatoes
Canned green chilis
