I've bounced back quicker than ever before from some guy who wasn't reciprocating. The trick is... when you let go of people who, it's empowering. People hate being demoted and when you turn your focus back around to yourself, everything falls in place. You meet a better guy eventually.

I decided to share my point of view on how to move on more quickly and avoid the greater part of the disappointment all together. It takes time, but eventually it stops hurting as much and you brush it off easy - with less tears ;)
