How to Make the Best Mac and Cheese Ever:
1 Bag Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Bag of 3 Cheese Blend
1 Small Round of Smoked Gouda Cheese
1 Small Block of Havarti Cheese
1 Lb Box of Cavatappi Pasta
2 Spoonfuls of Bacon Fat or Butter (2 Tablespoons)
2 Spoonfuls of Flour
1 Pint Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Whole Milk
2 More Spoonfuls of Bacon Fat
1/2 Cup Italian Seasoning Bread Crumbs

Bake 350 uncovered for 20-25 minutes then for 1-2 minutes broil it at the end. Watch your bread crumbs very carefully when you broil so that you do not burn them. They burn fast and you can ruin it so quickly.
