So what am I going on about? The World Cup is being held in Russia this year, and something I wanted to do for the last 2 World Cups was to do a World Cup makeup tutorial series. Basically, for each country that was going to be playing I'd do a makeup tutorial. Well I'm doing pretty well so far if I do say so myself I decided that I'm going to give you guys two videos for the two teams that are playing against each other in their first matches. 32 videos, 16 days, and yes I will have stuff in between.

The challenge for this one was how I was going to use the red on the inner part of the flag. Yes I could have done a red highlight. but that's too obvious for me. I wanted to do something a little more creative.
