And I pre-make my breakfast as well. Overnight oats and bircher muesli are a godsend, and so are chia seeds!!!!

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner... vegetarian stylez.

I am not a snacker usually. Either I'm hungry, or I'm not. That is why I can get carried away with snacking... or at least I used to until I started eating more wholesome meals. 3 square meals a day keeps me going - if I don't get these meals I DO GET VERY HUNGRY!!! Hanger is real, people.
