Maria Palumbo is a writer, teacher, and coach. She teaches with light heartedness and approachability, how to access a deep sense of worthiness of pleasure. She supports her clients in creating a life based on desire, in and outside of the bedroom. Maria began as a licensed social worker and psychotherapist in community mental health in 2012 and created a trauma healing program for adults with serious mental illness. This program is still running today. She left community mental health to create purpose and possibility outside of the realm of mental illness and founded a coaching program that supports people all over the world. Utilizing her own crawl out of the dark for fuel for her work, Maria shares and teaches from a deep sense of authenticity and connection. She preaches the fact that we can have the life we want, even when we don’t feel ready yet. ESPECIALLY when we don’t feel ready, if we are willing to simply let in a bit of joy and let ourselves be seen in our most vulnerable spots.
