I am showing you how to do a simple Back stitch and a Blanket stitch. One of my favourite maxi dresses tore up and rather than throwing it away I decided to sew it up. Whenever possible avoid buying new clothes just because you cannot repair the current ones you have. It is a good habit to learn basic techniques to avoid spending money unnecessarily. DIY is so much fun and you can always use your spare time for a good reason rather than wasting it.
