Turn Your Life Around 30 day challenge - DAY 14 - DESIGN YOUR EVENING ROUTINE
Perfect evening routine for freelancers, creatives and students
This evening routine is designed to:
- relax you, help you unwind
- separate your work from your actual life
- clear you of any negative thoughts and self limiting beliefs
- help you be more productive
- make the next day 10 times easier
- bring you into a positive vibration
Here is the routine:
1. Clean up your room, put away all the dishes, laundry, mess, clean your desk.
2. Set the mood, make your favorite drink or tea, light a candle, get your planner and journal
3. Mini digital declutter: email inbox, downloads folder, desktop folder
4. Go over all the notes you took over the day, separate ideas from to do’s
5. Organize tomorrow: note one main task and the other tasks you want to accomplish (try to be as realistic as possible)
6. Take some time to journal, write down your gratitude, maybe some funny moments from the day
7. Meditate and do a quick evening yoga routine (Yoga with Adrienne is my favorite)
TASK for today: Design YOUR OWN perfect evening routine :)
xoxo,
Patty
