The once-adored Capitol stylist and icon Tigris is unquestionably a bold visionary, well overdue for rediscovery. I hope this ferocious-yet-feminine makeup look shines a little light on the amazing influence Tigris has had on Capitol fashion… though perhaps at the expense of her humanity.

Though Tigris made her transformation irreversible, I hope this temporary look serves as a worthy homage to the now-reclusive style star! This video will focus equal parts on application technique, and her groundbreaking glamour.
