For this eyeliner tutorial, you will need:

1. Hot water
2. Colored pencils

If your colors do not melt (it always does, in my experience though), you can melt the colors with vaseline too. Let me know if you would like more details on this :-)

This DIY make-up is very handy for a lot of reasons. The best part is that it is very simple and barely takes any time at all! You can do this in just a few minutes and with the help of this you can have tons of colors in just a few minutes, for barely any cost at all!
