Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012. Due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 9 pounds within the first 2 weeks for a total of 20 pounds lost within 1 month. I ate this way with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain.
