This was my first time using the products as I had been wanting a new flat iron. My previous one was from Walmart; a Conair flat iron and i have my favorite mini flat iron; but I kinda wanted a Chi and then acted cheap and got this one. I paid 24.99 plus tax for both of them regular price 99.99

I had just washed my hair so my hair was quite poofy and frizzy. I'm not a pro at flat ironing as i rarely flat iron but i thought I would give it a try. What do you think?
